Information for use with Folio 1 forte iodine-free film-coated tablets: Folio 1 forte iodine-free film-coated tablets are a food supplement for women who wish to have children and pregnant women up to the 12th week of pregnancy. The tablets contain important micronutrients such as folic acid, vitamin B12 and vitamin D3. These play an important role in the development of the child. The product is particularly suitable for women who are not allowed to take any additional iodine for medical reasons. The recommended intake is one mini tablet daily, which should be taken unchewed with some liquid during a meal. The tablets should be kept dry, at a temperature below 25°C and out of the reach of children. The tablets contain no colourings, flavourings, gluten, lactose, fructose, preservatives or animal ingredients. They are also free from nanoparticles.
