Instructions for use for PSORIMED Solution, 100 ml

Psorimed is a scalp treatment containing salicylic acid and is used to treat mild to moderate psoriasis of the scalp. It is recommended for children 12 years and older and adults. It is applied 2-3 times a week, with Psorimed applied thinly to the affected areas of the scalp. After an application time of 10-30 minutes, the solution is rinsed thoroughly with warm water and the hair is washed with a mild shampoo. The duration of treatment is usually 3-4 weeks. Psorimed should not be used if there is hypersensitivity to salicylic acid or other components of the product, or if there is impaired kidney or liver function or during pregnancy. Possible side effects may include skin reactions such as itching, redness or drying. The product should be kept out of the reach of children and should not be used beyond the expiry date.
