Sidroga® sleep and nerve tea is a traditional herbal medicine to promote sleep and improve well-being during nervous stress.It is a high-quality mixture of selected plants with sleep-promoting properties.The main ingredients are valerian root, lemon balm leaves and passionflower herb, which are known for their calming and sleep-inducing properties.Peppermint leaves contribute to the effect of the tea, while rosemary leaves, anise and licorice root round off the taste of the tea.

The ingredients of Sidroga® sleep and nerve tea include valerian root, lemon balm leaves, passionflower herb, peppermint leaves, anise, rosemary leaves and licorice root.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients mentioned, this product should not be used.

Dosage

Adults and teenagers aged 12 and over should drink 1 cup of tea 2 to 3 times a day and before going to bed.There are no sufficient data to provide specific dosage recommendations for impaired kidney function.

If symptoms worsen or do not improve after two weeks, you should consult a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional.Medicines containing licorice root should generally not be taken for longer than 4 weeks.

No cases of overdose with sleeping and nerve teas have been reported.Do not take a double dose if you have forgotten the previous dose.No special measures are required when discontinuing use.

Intake

To drink after making a tea infusion.1 to 2 filter bags per cup are poured with approx. 150 ml of boiling water and left to steep for 10 to 15 minutes.The bags should then be gently squeezed and removed.

Patient information

If you are taking medicines containing licorice root, you should avoid consuming foods containing licorice root at the same time, as side effects such as a decrease in serum potassium levels in the blood, high blood pressure and cardiac arrhythmias can occur.

Particular caution is required in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease as heartburn may increase.The user should consult a doctor or other qualified person in a medical profession if symptoms of the disease persist or if side effects other than those mentioned in the instructions for use occur.

Since there are no sufficient studies, use in children under 12 years of age cannot be recommended.

The preparation can change the ability to react, so that the ability to actively participate in traffic and use machines may be impaired.Affected patients should not drive or operate machines.
