The calming tea Bombastus contains the following active ingredients: An infusion bag (1.3 g) contains 0.49 g valerian root, 0.33 g peppermint leaves, 0.26 g lemon balm leaves and 0.20 g hop cones.In addition, marigold flowers are present as an additional ingredient.

Dosage

The recommended use for the calming tea Bombastus is as follows: Unless otherwise prescribed, drink 1 cup of the freshly prepared tea infusion 2 to 3 times a day and before going to bed.To do this, pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over 1 infusion bag and let it steep, covered, for about 10 to 15 minutes.
