Sleep and nerve tea Bombastus N is a herbal sedative in the form of a medicinal tea.It is used for nervous agitation and difficulty falling asleep.No prescription is required for this product.

Active ingredients and ingredients

One infusion bag (corresponding to 2 g of medicinal tea) contains the following active ingredients: 0.8 g of valerian root, 0.6 g of lemon balm leaves, 0.4 g of passion flower herb and 0.2 g of peppermint leaves.No other components are included.

Contraindications

Dosage and application

The recommended dosage is one cup of the freshly prepared tea infusion 2 to 3 times a day and before going to bed.To do this, 1-2 infusion bags are poured with around 150 ml of boiling water and left to steep, covered, for around 10 to 15 minutes.It is important to prepare the tea with boiling water as warm water is not sufficient.
