Instructions for use of Sidroga Lavender

Sidroga Lavender is a herbal medicine in the form of a tea that is used to calm various ailments.The active ingredient in this product is lavender flowers.No prescription is required for this product.

Areas of application

Sidroga Lavender is used internally for health problems such as restlessness, difficulty falling asleep and functional upper abdominal complaints.These include nervous irritable stomach, Roemheld syndrome, flatulence and nervous intestinal problems.

Composition

The active ingredient in Sidroga Lavender are lavender flowers.Each filter bag contains 1.0 grams of lavender flowers.The lavender flowers come from southeastern Europe and China.

Application and dosage

Sidroga Lavender is intended for use by adults and children aged 12 and over.To prepare it, pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over a filter bag and let it steep, covered, for about 10 to 15 minutes.The filter bag is then removed.The recommended dosage is one cup of the tea infusion 2 to 3 times daily.If you have trouble falling asleep, it is recommended to drink a cup before going to bed.

Contraindications

Sidroga Lavender must not be taken if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to lavender flowers.It is not recommended for children under 12 years of age or during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as there are no sufficient studies on this.
