The calming tea Bombastus is a herbal sedative that is used for nervous agitation and difficulty falling asleep.No prescription is required for this product.

Active ingredients and ingredients

The calming tea Bombastus contains the following active ingredients: 38 grams of valerian root, 25 grams of peppermint leaves, 20 grams of lemon balm leaves and 15 grams of hop cones.It also contains marigold flowers as an additional ingredient.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, this product should not be used.

Dosage and application

The recommended dosage for the calming tea Bombastus is 2 to 3 times a day and one cup of the freshly prepared tea infusion before going to bed.To prepare it, pour about 150 milliliters of boiling water over a tablespoonful of tea, cover it and let it steep for about 10 to 15 minutes and then strain it through a tea strainer.
