Instructions for use of the article Cellacare Malleo Classic Ankle Support Size 1 Product characteristics: - Cellacare Malleo Classic is a knitted support with a compression effect that can improve proprioception. - Silicone pads on both sides provide a massage effect. - The support can be worn on the right or left ankle. - Colour: black/green - Design: can be worn on the right or left ankle - Size: 1 - Ankle circumference: 18-21 cm Fields of application: - Ligament injuries of the upper ankle joint (grade 1). - Mild chronic ligament instability. - Mild local, general hypermobility. - Arthrosis (also activated), arthritis. - Perimalleolar swelling, joint effusion, intra-articular irritation. Application: 1. fold the upper part of the Cellacare Malleo Classic outwards up to the silicone insert. Grasp the Cellacare Malleo Classic in the middle of the silicone inserts and pull it over the foot until the heel part is tight. 3. 3. fold back the upper part of the Cellacare Malleo Classic and pull it upwards if necessary.
