Tyrosur® CareExpert wound gel - ideal moist wound treatment with dexpanthenol

Tyrosur® CareExpert wound gel is a hydrogel that was specially developed for ideally moist wound treatment.It supports the natural wound healing process for superficial skin damage and minor burns, such as sunburn.The gel regulates the moisture in the wound, allows excess wound secretions to drain away and keeps the wound moist, which promotes the healing process.

The active ingredients of Tyrosur® CareExpert wound gel are carbomer, dexpanthenol, allantoin, vitamin E, trometamol, propylene glycol, cetylpyridinium chloride, ethanol 96%, purified water, citric acid and xanthan gum.

Area of application

Tyrosur® CareExpert wound gel is suitable for supporting the natural wound healing process for superficial skin damage and minor burns.It allows the wound to breathe and ensures oxygen supply during the cleaning phase without sealing the wound airtight.

Mode of action

The hydrogel regulates the moisture in the wound so that excess wound secretion can drain away.This keeps the wound moist, which promotes the healing process.

Application

Apply Tyrosur® CareExpert wound gel to the affected skin areas several times a day.No prescription is required for this product.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the above ingredients, this product should not be used.

Notes

Tyrosur® CareExpert wound gel must not be used if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients it contains.The gel contains propylene glycol and can therefore cause skin irritation.In isolated cases, hypersensitivity reactions may occur.Keep the gel out of the reach of children.Do not use the pack after the printed expiry date and do not store the gel above 25° C.

I burnt myself on the baking tray. By applying the wound healing gel, I felt relief quite quickly and there was no inflammation.

We have three boys aged between 3 and 7 in our house who play and run around a lot. That's where minor abrasions are inevitable. The wound gel is really good, above all it doesn't sting when applied, which I think is very good for smaller children.

I was fascinated, you can see healing after the first application. My son is never quiet. He plays a lot and also does sports. The whole thing can cause him to get sores on his arms and legs. We have been looking for good ointments/creams for a long time, but unfortunately nothing has helped. The Tyrosur gel has managed to help us. It is cooling and absorbs quickly. It also has a pleasant consistency and doesn't sting. I am delighted. I would recommend Tyrosur gel to all mums.

I was allowed to test the gel with my family. As I have two small children, there are always scratches to treat. I particularly like the slightly cooling consistency of the gel. It is also very easy to apply and even my son, who is sensitive to pain, didn't complain that it hurt. So we give it 5 stars and from now on the gel will always be part of our first-aid kit.

Unfortunately, we used the gel several times in a short space of time. Among other things, it was used on a nasty graze on my little son's knee (7). It didn't sting at all and cooled the wound pleasantly. After several applications, the wound developed nicely and has now healed.

- Advertising - I was able to try the wound gel free of charge during a product test! We always have a scratch or a small tear that we can treat ourselves if we have the right product. The Tyrosur® CareExpert wound gel was a great help. It is easy to apply and therefore easy to use. After a short time, everything had healed very well. I can recommend the gel.

i was absolutely delighted with the gel. Whether it was scratches from the cats, my husband's sunburn or my daughter's bruised knee. I was able to use the gel for everything and it really helped. We particularly liked the fact that it absorbed quickly, wasn't sticky and didn't smell. I will definitely be buying it again!

A very good gel that works quickly and is well tolerated. I use it for small cuts or scratches. The gel is suitable for the whole family! Definitely recommended to everyone. Will always have it in my medicine cabinet in future!

The wound gel has a light, gel-like consistency and is very economical. It is easy to apply to wounds without burning. Whether abrasions, cuts or scratches, the wounds really heal faster.

The packaging is simple and the application easy. The consistency is gel-like without being sticky and odourless. The wound gel with its cooling effect is a great help for minor sunburn, but it also heals minor scratches or grazes in no time at all without burning. A great product that I am happy to recommend.
