I was diagnosed with a vitamin B and D deficiency during my rehabilitation. Due to my age and my bone problems, my GP recommended that I continue to take the vitamin B complex ratiopharm hard capsules after I had been taking them for 4 months and a blood test had been carried out. I have now been taking them for almost a year and have not regretted it. I have not noticed any side effects. I tolerate them well and will continue to take them for the time being. I also take a soft capsule once a week, which is a vitamin D preparation.

Nice product to build up my vitamin B household. I am satisfied and will continue to buy it.

Good dietary supplement that is very helpful for tiredness and weakness and is much cheaper here than in the local pharmacy. I would recommend it to others.
