Instructions for use for NORSAN Omega-3 Kids liquid, 150 ml

NORSAN Omega-3 Kids is a food supplement for children with a delicious orange flavour. It contains a combination of fish oil (rich in EPA) and cod oil (rich in DHA) in a suitable ratio. In addition, cold-pressed organic olive oil is used as an antioxidant. Omega-3 Kids contains natural, high-dose but non-concentrated fish and cod oils from sustainable wild catches. Depending on the age of the child, 1/2 or 1 teaspoon of Omega-3 Kids will cover the daily requirement of omega-3 fatty acids. The product is easy to take and can be added to smoothies, porridge or yoghurt, for example. NORSAN Omega-3 Kids contains no unpleasant additives such as sugar and is of high quality. It is recommended to store the product in a cool and dry place and to protect it from direct sunlight. The opened bottle should be consumed within 45 days. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.

I have a 5-year-old daughter who, like many small children, is very picky when it comes to her diet. She doesn't like fish at all, for example. Even with fish fingers, she only eats the breadcrumbs. We therefore initially bought the jelly coated tablets, but she now refuses to take them either. Surprisingly, the Omega-3 Kids liquid works very well and we will stick with it for the time being. I like the fact that Norsan offers different dosage forms for children. As parents, we can vary between different products very easily.

As a mother, this makes it a little easier, as the children take it voluntarily because of the flavour.
