The ingredients of Doppelherz Magnesium 500+D3+K2 Depot tablets include magnesium oxide, microcrystalline cellulose as a filler, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose as a coating agent, isomalt as a filler, modified starch, polyvinylpyrrolidone as a filler, fatty acids and magnesium salts of fatty acids as a release agent, polyethylene glycol as a filler, starch, talc and sugar esters of fatty acids as a release agent, iron oxides and iron hydroxidesas dyes, menaquinone and cholecalciferol.

Per half tablet, the product contains 250 mg magnesium (66.5% of the nutrient reference values), 12.5 μg vitamin D (250% of the nutrient reference values) and 25 μg vitamin K (33.3% of the nutrient reference values).Per tablet there are 500 mg magnesium (133% of the nutrient reference values), 25 μg vitamin D (500% of the nutrient reference values) and 50 μg vitamin K (66.5% of the nutrient reference values).The nutrient reference values are based on EU-Regulation 1169/2011.

Dosage

The recommended intake for Doppelherz Magnesium 500+D3+K2 Depot tablets is half to one whole tablet daily, taken whole and with a meal with sufficient liquid.If there is an increased need for magnesium, for example due to heavy physical exertion in conjunction with a diet low in magnesium, one tablet should be taken daily.If you only have an unbalanced diet, taking half a tablet per day is sufficient.
