A warm bath has a relaxing and soothing effect.The highly effective ingredients from the mildly foaming Pinimenthol® cold bath pass particularly easily into the air we breathe, so that they reach the sinuses and bronchi via the mouth and nose.In addition, the Pinimenthol® cold bath has a lasting effect from the inside out: the essential oils are also absorbed through the skin and then transported into the respiratory tract via the bloodstream.The pleasant warmth of the cold bath also expands the blood vessels and thus stimulates blood circulation.This means that the active ingredients of the Pinimenthol® cold bath can quickly reach the affected respiratory tract and develop their effect there.

Application

It's best to take your Pinimenthol® cold bath in the evening before you go to bed.This can provide you with relief so that you can relax into a restful sleep.Overnight, the essential oils in the Pinimenthol® cold bath can have a lasting effect and support your body in becoming healthy again.

For a full bath (100 liters), add 30 ml of Pinimenthol® cold bath to the incoming water.The optimal water temperature is between 36 and 38 degrees Celsius.Do not stay in the bathtub for longer than 20 minutes.If you have circulatory problems, a shorter bath of around 10 minutes is recommended and if you have a fever (more than 38.5 degrees) you should avoid taking a bath altogether.

Pinimenthol® cold bath contains (100ml): 21.90 mg D-camphor, 135.90 mg eucalyptus oil, 6.60 mg levomenthol, isopropanol, quinoline yellow, yellow orange S, patent blue V, (dodecyl, tetradecyl) poly (oxyethylene)-2-hydrogen sulfate, sodium salt,α,α'-Dioleyl-ω,ω'-(propene-1,2-diyldioxy)bis[poly(oxyethylen)-55], perfume oil pinarom, water, purified, sodium chloride, sodium sulfate, anhydrous, sodium sulfate-10-water, citric acid monohydrate, propylene glycol.

Mode of action

Based on many years of experience, Pinimenthol® cold bath has shown that improvements can occur in certain cold symptoms.Eucalyptus oil frees the respiratory muscles, levomenthol soothes coughs and camphor has an expectorant effect.(The exact effect of the individual ingredients has not yet been proven by scientific studies.)

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the above ingredients, this product should not be used.Additional contraindications include bronchial asthma and whooping cough.Pinimenthol® cold bath must not be used during pregnancy, breastfeeding or children under 12 years of age.

Dosage

Recommended use of Pinimenthol® cold bath: Take a hot bath 3-4 times a week.Add 30ml of Pinimenthol® cold bath to your tub for a full bath.

Bath concentrates with camphor have an irritating effect on the mucous membranes and must not be placed in the eyes or on mucous membranes.The user should consult a doctor or other qualified person working in a healthcare profession if symptoms of the disease persist or if side effects other than those mentioned in the instructions for use occur.If there is no improvement in the symptoms of the disease within a few days (a week at most) or if the symptoms even worsen, e.g. fever occurs, you should consult a doctor.
