VITAMIN D3 20,000 I.U. depot high-dose tablets, 180 pcs

As I eat a predominantly vegetarian diet, I have a vitamin D3 deficiency throughout the year, but especially in winter, of course. As a precaution and because I used to get colds more often, I now take vitamin D3. I like the depot solution, I don't want to have to take a "tablet" every day. The pack size is also great at this price, I was able to supply my mum with it, who has hardly left the house for almost a year due to corona and therefore of course no longer gets any sunlight.

As we all have a vitamin D deficiency, I ordered this product and so far I am absolutely satisfied. The preparation promises a depot effect of 20 days. Brilliant for people like us who are not used to taking tablets every day. Very well tolerated so far. Highly recommended.

I like to take a vitamin D3 tablet in the morning in autumn and winter, when the sun's rays diminish or sometimes disappear completely. E. so that I only have to take one tablet once a week (by the way, if you take high doses of D3 for a long time, you shouldn't forget vitamin K2, but that's just a side note). What I also always make sure of is that the supplements are manufactured to high quality standards (here: in Germany) and that they are free from unnecessary additives and fillers. Now the things I don't like and why I will order a different preparation in future: The surface of the tablets is quite rough, which makes them not so easy to swallow. Then some of the tablets crumbled on delivery. And: The pack contains 180 tablets, of which you should take one tablet every 20 days. The tablets would therefore last for 3,600 days (!), which means almost 10 years (!). However, the best-before date is 02/2021. Find the mistake! So if you want to use the tablets before they expire, do you have to share them with several people?
