The tablets are great for the supply of B vitamins, such as vitamin B6, B9 and B12. I can imagine that vegans in particular could benefit from the tablets. I am currently on a vegetarian diet and therefore still take vitamin B12 through dairy products or eggs, but the tablets are ideal for an additional supply.

I ordered the tablets because I follow a vegan diet and therefore need to take additional vitamins. In the end, I decided in favour of these tablets because they are highly dosed and contain vitamin B9 and B6 as well as vitamin B12.
