I am very satisfied with the device, it is solidly built, has a good display including pulse and is easy and practical to use. It's easy to read and put on, I can't judge the accuracy very well as I don't have any comparative values, but the results are consistent. I've been using it for a few months now, even if not very regularly, and I haven't had to change the batteries yet.
