Instructions for use of the article Vliwazell Pro absorbent dressing pad with superabsorber 20x25 cm: - Vliwazell Pro is an absorbent dressing pad with superabsorbent properties for the care of moderately to very heavily exuding wounds, even under compression. - The absorbency is very strong and the absorption capacity is very high, even under compression. - Dressing changes are atraumatic and the dressing has a high retention capacity for wound exudate and bacteria. - The dressing has a stable shape retention for increased patient comfort and is easy to apply and fix. - A practical linen protector protects clothing and bed linen from soaking. - The intended use of the dressing is exudate management of acute and chronic wounds. - The indications include arterial and venous ulcers, diabetic ulcers, pressure ulcers, post-traumatic wounds, post-operative secondary healing wounds, split skin removal sites, oncological wounds, exulcerating tumours, wounds at risk of infection, superficial 2nd degree burns, lymphatic wounds as well as laparotomy wounds and fistulas as secondary dressings. - The dressing is made of various materials such as viscose, polyamide, cellulose, polyethylene, polyethylene terephthalate, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, polyacrylate, polypropylene and hot melt adhesive.
