I was recommended Cystus by a naturopath to help me get through the cold season as an asthmatic. As a preventative measure, I suck 1 tablet 3 times a day or if I feel a scratchy throat I immediately suck Cystus. Our medicine cabinet must never run out.

The pastilles taste good and are effective. Sore throats were alleviated for me, e.g. scratchy throat. The pastilles worked well for me, so I can recommend them as a trial, as the effect may be different for other people.

We always have it with us! As soon as discomfort arises, just suck it. Nowadays, when shopping and simply as a preventative measure.

At flu season, I always have the throat lozenges in my handbag and when I go to larger events (before and after corona...) I take the throat lozenges as a preventative measure. The scratchy throat disappears after 4-6 lozenges and I have been able to avert an acute phase of chronic bronchitis, which I suffer from, by "using" the lozenges in good time.

At a rehab centre in Enzensberg, another patient told me that he takes 3 pieces as soon as he feels the first scratchy throat, so he can prevent a cold. I tried it and can confirm this effect. Since then, I have always had these tablets at home.

I always have it with me. As soon as I notice that I have difficulty swallowing, a runny nose or in the bus, train, etc., I immediately suck 3 tablets and don't catch a cold.

I have been sucking Cystus Bio throat lozenges for a few years now as soon as I feel even the slightest signs of a cold. Works brilliantly and quickly! It's also an integral part of my first-aid kit.
