HexoCare® Shampoo 1% for dogs and cats

HexoCare® Shampoo 1% has been specially developed for cleaning the skin and coat of pets.It is particularly suitable if a strong cleansing effect is desired.The foam created during shampooing removes dead cells and other organic material that provides a basis for bacteria and yeast as well as unpleasant odors.At the same time, the valuable herbal ingredients have a nourishing effect.

Active ingredients and ingredients

Chlorhexidine digluconate reduces the burden of altered skin flora and is non-irritating in low concentrations.Gentle detergent substances reliably remove pus and dead organic material.Witch hazel water and Cimicifuga extract nourish and soothe irritated skin, while aloe vera leaves the skin feeling pleasant.

The composition of the shampoo includes the following ingredients: Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Coca Glucasides, Cocaamidopropyl Betaine, Chlorhexidine Diglucanate, Polidocanol, Witch Hazel Water, Cimicifuga Extract, Perfume Oil and Aloe Vera.

Application

For small dogs and cats, 15 ml of shampoo is mixed with 35 ml of water.For medium and large dogs, the amount is 30 ml of shampoo with 70 ml of water or 50 ml of shampoo with 117 ml of water.A teaspoon is about 5 ml and a tablespoon is about 15 ml.

The animal's fur should first be thoroughly soaked with lukewarm water.The respective amount of shampoo is then foamed with at least the specified amount of water, distributed over the animal and massaged into the fur against the grain.After about 5 to 7 minutes of exposure, the shampoo is carefully washed out with lukewarm water and the animal is dried.

If the animal is heavily soiled, it can be shampooed twice, although the shampoo should last longer on the second pass.

Notes

HexoCare® Shampoo 1% is intended exclusively for external use.It should be avoided that the shampoo comes into contact with the animal's eyes.If you accidentally come into contact with your eyes, they should be rinsed thoroughly with water.

No prescription is required for this product.The shelf life is 30 months and the shampoo is available in a 250 ml plastic bottle.
