Sun creams, such as the Cetaphil Sun Daylong SPF 50+ Sensitive Gel-Cream, can offer a very high level of sun protection when used correctly.Make sure to apply the sunscreen generously about 20 minutes before you expose yourself to the sun and allow it to absorb well.Reapply several times a day to maintain sun protection.Despite being water-resistant, you should also apply the cream again after spending time in the water, drying off or sweating heavily.Avoid intense midday sun and also protect your skin with suitable clothing.
