Package Leaflet for the article Kodan (N) wipes Kodan (N) wipes are ready-to-use wipes for disinfecting and cleaning all kinds of surfaces. They have short contact times, can be used extensively and are suitable for the toilet area and changing pads. They are dermatologically tested. The composition of Kodan (N) wipes consists of 25 g ethanol (94% w/w) and 35 g propan-1-ol per 100 g solution. They contain fragrances according to VO (EC) No. 648/2004. The solution has an aqueous-alcoholic form on a non-woven basis and is colourless. The viscosity, flash point and pH value are also given. The kodan® (N) wipes are suitable for disinfecting non-medical surfaces such as door handles, work surfaces, toilet areas and changing pads. Visible soiling should be removed before disinfection. The surface is then thoroughly wiped with a soaked cloth and left to soak. The surface should be kept moist during the entire exposure time. Acrylic glass and alcohol-sensitive lacquers must not be treated. It is recommended to read the instructions for use before use and to observe the product information. The product is compatible with metals and plastics (except acrylic glass and alcohol-sensitive lacquers). Hands should be disinfected and protective gloves worn before refilling the can.
