Application

To ensure the specified sun protection factor, sufficient product must be applied.This corresponds to a layer of 2mg/cm² of skin, which is approximately 36g (a finger length) of sunscreen for the face and neck.Small application quantities reduce the protective performance.Apply the sun protection product well in advance before exposing yourself to the sun.To maintain sun protection, reapply regularly.This is especially important after sweating, swimming or drying off.The use of a sun protection product should not encourage extensive sunbathing.Even sunscreens with high sun protection factors do not offer complete protection against UV-rays.Avoid the midday sun between 11am and 4pm.Never expose babies and children directly to the sun.Use textile sun protection (hat with a large brim, sunglasses, T-shirt…).For babies and small children, use protective clothing and sunscreen with a high sun protection factor (LSF greater than 25).Even sunscreens with a high sun protection factor do not offer complete protection against UV-rays.Avoid eye contact.In case of eye contact, rinse immediately.
