Instructions for use for the food supplement Vitamaze Omega-3 1000 mg fish oil high dose capsules are provided. The capsules contain 1000 mg fish oil with a high content of 40% EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 30% DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) per capsule. These omega-3 acids contribute to normal heart function, brain function and vision. The capsules are sustainably sourced from fishing grounds in Peru or Norway and are free from unnecessary additives and nanoparticles. In addition, the capsules contain no colourings, preservatives, genetically modified ingredients, pesticides, fungicides, artificial fertilisers or other harmful substances. The product should be taken daily with sufficient water. It is reminded that food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. The product should be stored in a cool, dry place and out of the reach of children. It is also not suitable for children and adolescents.

About three and a half months ago, my GP had my omega-3 index determined by a special laboratory as part of an extended blood test: 5.61% (normal value: 8% - 11%). As a result, I was instructed to take 20 grams of omega-3 supplements per day (i.e. two capsules per day, one capsule contains 1,000 mg = 10 grams) for three months. Today - after another blood test - I received the positive result: my omega-3 index is currently 10.4 %!

The supplement is important if you don't include enough fish in your diet. I think the capsules are great, they are highly dosed and one pack lasts for 3 months. The price-performance ratio is also excellent!

I bought the product because we are on a metabolic diet and the capsules are very important for this diet. The capsules arrived very quickly and were well packaged. They are easy to take with a little water. The capsules have a neutral flavour. I can definitely recommend the capsules. The price is also great. Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the effect of the capsules yet, as I haven't been taking them long enough.

I have been taking Omega 3 regularly for years, and the Vitamize Omega 3 contains a very high dose of EPA (400 mg) and DPA (300 mg) per capsule. The tin contains 90 softgel capsules. The pack says you should only take one capsule a day, I take 6 a day! Of course, everyone has to decide for themselves how much to take, but another important aspect for me was that the product is completely free from genetically modified ingredients, pesticides, fungicides, artificial fertilisers or other harmful substances. In addition, the product contains pure fish oil, which is why the tablet has a fishy odour - but this is normal! This product is good value for money!
