For me, the product is a good and "safe" daily driver and a suitable support or safeguard. The capsules are easy to swallow and there are no problems with tolerance or even burping. It is good that this product does not contain (unnecessary) high doses, so that it can be used (almost) without hesitation as a backup and support for daily intake. Another pleasant aspect is that there are no unnecessary additives. The tin is sturdy, the lid closes tightly and does not open even when transported in a toiletry bag.
