I was prescribed it for diffuse joint pain and it helped after a few weeks. It is a pity that the formulation is not vegan. A comparable vegan product had the same effect on me.

Finally a product with good bioavailability. I will stick with it, it helps very well. But you have to take it regularly. 3 capsules daily for prevention.

Was recommended to me when I was diagnosed with colitis. I am currently taking 2-0-2. As soon as I notice that my bowel is getting worse, the dose goes up. The best thing about it is that I remain cortisone-free.
