The magnesium sticks are extremely practical for travelling. I always have them with me when I'm travelling or in the mountains. The magnesium works pretty quickly. The sticks can be taken without water, so you can really take them anytime and anywhere - so you are very flexible. I think they're great and will definitely be ordering them again.
