Directions for use of the food supplement Omni Biotic SR-9 sachets: The product contains 9 strains of bacteria that occur naturally in the human intestine. It is recommended to take 1 sachet (3 g) dissolved in water 1-2 times a day. The activation time should be at least 10 minutes. Omni Biotic SR-9 can also be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding. People with fructose intolerance should extend the activation time to 30 minutes. The food supplement does not contain animal proteins, gluten, yeast or lactose. It is suitable for diabetics, people with milk allergies, children and pregnant/breastfeeding women. However, a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle are still important.
