The capsules themselves are very easy to swallow and the packaging is also great. The product was a gift to my nephew as he is now vegan but complained of fatigue. He took it very well and was grateful for it. I then decided in favour of this product, as it is a high dosage, and since then he no longer complains about tiredness

Very nice packaging, super fast delivery. As far as I can tell after a few days, I feel much better since I started taking the tablets. I am fit and less tired. I've had B12 from other companies before, but these are a nice size and easy to swallow. I take them for tiredness and nerve pain .

The vitamin B12 active tablets have a concentration of 1,000 µg and are vegan. Due to this high dosage, I would advise against taking it daily, as it clearly covers the normal requirement many times over. It contains around 90 tables, which are a pleasant size and therefore relatively easy to swallow with little liquid. There are warnings about the risk of choking and it is unsuitable for children and pregnant women.
