It is easy to take and the packaging is labelled with the days of the week so that you know exactly which day you have taken it.

I used this product in my first pregnancy and now in my second pregnancy too! After trying another cheaper product at the beginning of my second pregnancy, I switched back to femibion and I have to say that I would do it again and again. Yes, the price is enormous, which is why I'm giving it one star less, but I'm really super enthusiastic about femibion (whether 0, 1, 2 or 3) :) clear recommendation to buy!
