I took part in a free product trial and was able to test Femibion 2 for 2 weeks. Unfortunately, the packs did not contain any recommended dosage. Otherwise you have to be aware that you have to take one capsule and one tablet a day. Personally, it doesn't bother me and I find these supplements very balanced. Physically, I don't notice any difference, but that's not the point. The important thing is that the woman's body, including the offspring, is well supplied.
