Instructions for use for FEMIBION 3 Breastfeeding Combination Pack, 2X56 pcs
Femibion 3 Breastfeeding is a food supplement with selected vitamins and minerals that has been specially developed for the nutritional needs of women during breastfeeding. It contains a combination of folic acid and metafolin as well as other nutrients such as vitamin A, vitamin D, iron, calcium and the omega-3 fatty acid DHA. Taking Femibion 3 Breastfeeding can reduce fatigue and contribute to normal muscle and bone function. It also contains choline, which contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism. The recommended intake is one tablet and one capsule daily, preferably with a meal. Femibion 3 Breastfeeding is gluten- and lactose-free. It is recommended not to exceed the daily intake and to keep the product out of the reach of children at a temperature below 25°C. Femibion 3 Breastfeeding supports women during breastfeeding with important nutrients to promote the healthy development of the baby, but is not a substitute for a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.Medicines Reviews

I have been taking Femibion for a few weeks and so far I am very satisfied! I tolerate the product perfectly. The packaging is very nicely designed. And compared to similar products, I am very impressed with the ingredients in this product.
I have no problem swallowing tablets, but I find the tablet size very large, which some people may find difficult.

Before my pregnancy I looked for folic acid supplements and during my pregnancy I took combination supplements for my nutrient balance. Now I was specifically looking for something during breastfeeding. The blister packs are well labelled with the days of the week so that I don't forget to take them. The tablet size is easy to swallow. I don't have any negative effects per se (as with others, my stomach was rumbling). I feel fresh and have the feeling that this is supported by the preparation.

I think the product is great, the ingredients are important vitamins for child and mother. But they could be a bit smaller, they are already very large

I have been taking Femibion 3 for 3 weeks now and I already feel much better and fitter.
Femibion contains all the important vitamins and nutrients and the body is really well supplied.

I bought the tablets about a month ago and am very impressed with them. I am currently breastfeeding and the tablets provide me and, above all, my son with important nutrients. I feel better than before. The price-performance ratio is also good.
