NRV stands for the nutrient reference value according to EU-Food Information Ordinance.

Dosage

The recommended dosage is 1 tablet daily, taken with a large glass of water during a meal.Since vitamins D3 and K2 are fat-soluble, their absorption is improved by fatty meals.
