The product contains the following ingredients per weekly dose (1 gel tab): 50 mg beta-glucans, 50 mg elderberry extract and 140 µg vitamin D3 (5,600 IU).This corresponds to a daily consumption of 20 µg vitamin D3 (800 IU, 400% NRV).

The ingredients include sweeteners such as xylitol and sorbitol, sunflower oil, gelatin (beef), yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) beta-glucans, elderberry extract, natural flavor, acidity regulator sodium citrate, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), acidifier citric acid and sweetener steviol glycosides.
