TENA® Silhouette Normal Blanc are available in sizes M and L.To determine the size that is suitable for you, the hip circumference is crucial: size M is suitable for a hip circumference of 75 to 100 cm, size L is suitable for women with a hip circumference of 95 to 125 cm.
