It is recommended to spray directly into the mouth, ideally under the tongue. To ensure optimal absorption, the liquid should be held under the tongue for one minute before swallowing. The product should be shaken well before consumption. It should be used within 6 months of opening. It should be kept in a cool place and out of the reach of children. Per spray (0.2 ml), the product contains 50 µg of vitamin D3, which is 1000% of the reference amount for daily intake according to VO (EU) No 1169/2011.
