My doctor had advised me to take green-lipped mussels because of osteoarthritis. I found that after about 1 month of taking it, I started to feel better. I was able to do my gymnastics again! The price of the product is also okay.

I read that green-lipped mussels are good for the intestinal flora due to their many different omega 3 fatty acids and therefore ordered them. As the capsules don't taste fishy at all, I can only recommend them.

I have been using green-lipped mussel powder for a relatively long time. It takes a while to feel an effect and you should take the capsules continuously. I notice pain relief during long walks. That's why I'm happy to buy it again and enjoy using it.

My doctor wanted to treat my joint pain with cortisone. I then decided against it and wanted to try it first without strong medicine. After taking this product regularly (3×1 a day), the pain in my joints has reduced and in some cases disappeared completely. As it has no side effects, I will take it long-term. Especially for older people with joint pain who don't want to go to the doctor straight away, I think green-lipped mussel is a product worth testing as an alternative to medicine. Everyone really has to test its effectiveness for themselves, but it certainly works for me.
