Osarhin®

Osarhin® is a homeopathic medicine.The active ingredients are Sambucus nigra Dil.D3.This product is available without a prescription.

Areas of application

Osarhin® is used for diseases of the respiratory organs.It specifically helps with a cold, especially in infants and children up to six years of age.

Mode of action

Babies and small children often suffer from a cold because their immune systems first have to adapt to the different viruses.Due to the small nasal entrances, a stuffy nose can make breathing difficult.Osarhin® helps to open up the airways again.

Osarhin globules contain the active ingredient Sambucus nigra (homeopathically prepared) in an amount of 10 mg per dose.Sucrose is included as an excipient.The product contains sugar.

Contraindications

Osarhin® should not be used if there is hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.

Dosage

The dosage depends on the type and severity of the disease.Get advice from a doctor or pharmacist.If used for more than a week, a therapist with experience in homeopathy should be consulted.

Infants after consulting a doctor:

In acute cases: 1-2 globules 6 times a day, a maximum of 10 globules per day.

In the case of a chronic course: 1-2 pellets 1-3 times a day, a maximum of 5 pellets per day.

Small children up to 6 years old:

In acute cases: 2-3 pellets 6 times daily, maximum 15 pellets per day.

In the case of a chronic course: 2-3 pellets 2-3 times a day, a maximum of 7 pellets per day.

The globules should ideally be placed under the tongue or pushed into the cheek and allowed to melt there.
