I like the bars, they are very filling! I use them as additional nutrition as I often don't have time to eat.

I don't find the packaging appealing, it looks as if older goods have been found that now have to go. I'm not completely unfamiliar with Optifast, but I remember the packaging as being much fresher and more appealing. The bar is firm, which is good for a wholemeal bar, and it also needs to be chewed well. The consistency requires an additional supply of liquid when eating, preferably with unsweetened drinks, e.g. black coffee. The bar is too sweet for me. However, I would still use and recommend it at any time as a meal replacement for a reduction diet or to maintain weight. After eating it, which certainly takes a while and requires good chewing, I am well satiated and this bar also provides additional hydration.

Compared to other Optifast products, the Cerialien bar tastes very delicious. So far it has served its purpose, no cravings, but staying power is required. After 5 weeks I have lost 9kg.
