bogaprotect® SPOT-ON is a repellent tick and flea protection for dogs, which is based on the active ingredient Eucalyptus citriodora oil, hydrated, cyclized.This active ingredient is obtained from the leaves of the lemon eucalyptus tree and offers effective protection against insects.The product can be used preventatively and repels ticks and fleas without killing them.One application provides around four weeks of protection.A pack of three tubes (3.2 ml each) is enough for a total of twelve weeks of protection.The product is suitable for dogs weighing between 20 and 30 kg and can be used from 16 weeks of age.A particular advantage is that resistance cannot develop.

No prescription is required for this product.

Application

The solution is applied to the dog's neck every four weeks.To do this, the hair is parted and the contents of the tube are applied directly to the skin.The solution is then distributed independently.Applying it to the back of the neck near the base of the skull reduces the chance that the animal will lick the solution off.If there are several animals, licking each other should be avoided after treatment.The solution leaves no residue on the fur.Bathing and shampooing can reduce the duration of protection.If the dog has been bathed or shampooed, the treatment can be repeated after seven days.

Ingredients

The active ingredient in bogaprotect® SPOT-ON is Eucalyptus citriodora oil, hydrated, cyclized, which is contained in a concentration of 30%.This oil can cause allergic reactions.

Notes

Avoid contact with eyes as the solution may cause serious eye irritation.If contact occurs with eyes, rinse them gently with water for several minutes.If necessary, remove contact lenses and continue rinsing.If eye irritation persists, you should seek medical advice or consult an ophthalmologist.In case of skin contact, wash the affected area with soap and water.If swallowed, rinse mouth thoroughly with water and do not induce vomiting.Nothing should be given to unconscious people.If inhaled, move the affected person out of the danger zone and provide fresh air.If symptoms persist, consult a doctor.Contaminated clothing and shoes should be removed and thoroughly cleaned before reuse.Disposal of contents and container should be in accordance with local, regional, national and international regulations.
