bogaprotect® SPOT-ON is a repellent tick and flea protection for dogs.The product is based on the active ingredient Eucalyptus citriodora oil, hydrated, cyclized, which is obtained from the leaves of the lemon eucalyptus tree.This active ingredient is considered an effective insect repellent.No prescription is required for this product.

The solution is used for spot application and provides long-term preventive protection.One tube of the repellent solution will keep ticks and fleas away from your pet for about four weeks.A pack of three tubes (4.5 ml each) provides 12 weeks of protection.The product is suitable for dogs weighing 30-50 kg and can be used on dogs aged 16 weeks and over.Since the active ingredient is natural, no resistance is possible.

Application

The contents of a tube should be applied to the dog's neck every four weeks.To do this, part your hair and apply the contents directly to the skin.The solution distributes itself.Applying it to the back of the neck near the base of the skull reduces the chance that the animal will lick the solution off.If there are several animals, licking each other should be avoided after treatment.

The solution leaves no residue on the fur.Bathing and shampooing can reduce the duration of protection.If the previously treated dog was bathed or shampooed, the treatment can be repeated after seven days.
