Vitamin D3+K2 2000 I.U. tablets are a food supplement that provides the body with vitamin D3 and K2. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and muscles and supports the immune system. Vitamin K also helps to maintain normal bones and contributes to blood clotting. Vitamin D is mainly produced by sunlight in the skin, but can also be taken in with food. Vitamin K1 is found in green plants, while vitamin K2 comes from animal sources or fermented products. The tablets also contain calcium carbonate and magnesium salts as fillers. The recommended daily dose is one tablet with a glass of water during a meal.
