Abtei Gelatine Powder Plus is a food supplement containing gelatine and vitamin C. It is recommended to stir two scoops (10 g) of the powder into about 200 ml of liquid such as cocoa, low-acid juices or yoghurt daily. The sachet should be stored in a cool, dry place after opening and used within one month. The gelatine in the product consists of small building blocks with a low molecular weight that can be easily absorbed by the body. Vitamin C supports healthy cartilage and bone function.
