Directions for use of Curaprox Perio Plus+ Support toothpaste: The toothpaste contains the CITROX/P-complex, sodium fluoride, hyaluronic acid and xylitol. It is used for gum care and provides intensive protection. It is used in the morning and evening instead of conventional toothpaste, either for one month or after consultation with a dental professional. The toothpaste is for oral use only and must not be swallowed. It contains sodium fluoride (230 ppm F) and should be kept out of the reach of children. Ingredients include Aqua, Glycerin, Hydrated Silica, Xylitol, Sodium Gluconate, Flavouring, Xanthan Gum, Titanium Dioxide, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Sulfate, Sodium Hyaluronate, Chlorhexidine, Digluconate, Sodium Chloride, Phenoxyethanol, Sucralose, VP/VA Copolymer, Sodium Hydroxide, Sodium Fluoride, Disodium Phosphate, Sodium Phosphate, Citric Acid, Citrus Aurantium Amara Peel Extract, Sodium Benzoate and Polylysine. The toothpaste has the properties of chemical bacterial control, supports long-term action and provides caries protection and a protective film on the mucosa and teeth. It does not contain sodium lauryl sulphate (SLS) or alcohol. Perio Plus+ combines chlorhexidine with natural bioflavonoids extracted from bitter orange (CITROX). These bioflavonoids have an antibacterial effect themselves and enhance the antibacterial effect of chlorhexidine. This CITROX/ VP/VA unique CITROX/P-complex adheres to the mouth, gums and mucous membrane for a long time with the help of the amino acid polylysine. The toothpaste also has a pleasant taste, does not cause taste irritations and can prevent discolouration. After dental procedures, the hyaluronic acid contained can promote cell growth and regeneration. The recommendation to use Perio Plus+ or other CHX-rinses should always be given by a dentist, as they are usually only necessary in special cases and the normal use of a toothbrush and interdental brush is sufficient.
