As a rosacea patient, I ordered the cream twice. It's just a day cream. Pro: 30 SPF. Most day creams have 15 SPF and those that have more also cost a lot more. But I found this cream quite good. It is also very mild and does not irritate the skin - but in my opinion it is not "soothing". Cons: the consistency - it is quite greasy and oily. All in all quite ok.
