I only salt with this salt because my husband and I suffer from high blood pressure. You don't notice any difference to "normal" salt. Perfect and highly recommended.

We use it as an alternative to PAN salt. Compared to PAN salt, the tin here is made of solid plastic, so it's not as environmentally friendly. Contents are fine.
