I have been taking the drops since the beginning of February, as the winter really stressed me out and a vitamin D deficiency probably played a part. Since I've been taking the drops, I've been feeling much better and I wish I'd taken them all winter. I will definitely be taking them next winter!

I ordered the oil mainly because of vitamin D, but the other components also make sense for overall well-being. The pipette is also super practical. I can absolutely recommend it.
