Tastes good and helps me as a vegetarian to top up my vitamin B12 levels. I feel fitter in the morning. If I haven't taken the sticks for a while, I notice the difference.

My husband hadn't been feeling well for some time. He was chronically exhausted, always tired, couldn't concentrate and had no appetite.
