Material composition

The incontinence pads are made of a superabsorbent polymer (SAP, sodium polyacrylate) and pure cellulose flakes that are free of elemental chlorine.An integrated polyester/copolyester sensing distribution layer is embedded in the top layer.The product has a white fleece and a cover material made of polypropylene (PP).It also contains a permanently hydrophilic fleece and a side PP-fleece that is hydrophobic.The textile back is breathable and the product contains a polyethylene (PE) film.A calcium carbonate hotmelt (adhesive) is sprayed between the layers.The materials are based on synthetic resin and are safe as a food contact material.They do not contain any toxic or carcinogenic pigments containing heavy metals.
