TENA® Pants Super disposable pants are suitable for men and women and are available in four sizes: S is suitable for a hip circumference of 65 to 85 cm, M for a hip circumference of 80 to 110 cm, size L corresponds to a hip circumference of 100 to 135 cm and XL is suitable for a hip circumference of 120 to 160 cm.

Yes, the protective zones of the TENA® Pants were specifically developed so that they offer reliable protection against leaks even when lying down and can also absorb larger amounts of urine.This makes the disposable pants particularly suitable for those who have a strong urge to urinate at night and for people who are bedridden.

TENA® Pants can be disposed of in the trash or, if available, in a facility for disposing of hygiene products as is common in most public toilets.To protect the environment, used disposable pants should not be disposed of in the toilet.

Even if you have incontinence, you should ensure you drink enough fluids to avoid urinary tract infections.Therefore, drink around 1.5 to 2 liters of water and unsweetened herbal and fruit teas every day.However, highly diuretic drinks such as coffee and caffeinated lemonades, black tea and alcohol should be largely avoided.
