Avitale Selenium 200µg Tablets are a food supplement containing 200µg of selenium as sodium selenite and ensure a good supply of this trace element. The tablets are gluten-free, lactose-free, soya-free and contain no colourings. It is recommended to take one tablet daily with a glass of water. It is important not to take Avitale Selenium tablets together with vitamin C, as this may reduce the availability of selenium. It should also be noted that this dosage is not suitable for children and adolescents and the recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
